RoboTerms of Service
These terms govern your enrolment in and use of the training programs, workshops, webinars and complimentary learning resources offered by RoboKart Academy ("RoboKart", "we", "us"). By registering for a program or accessing our materials, you agree to these terms.
Education only. All our programs, tools, bots and materials are provided strictly for educational purposes. Nothing we teach is financial, investment or trading advice, and no profit or income is guaranteed. Trading carries risk, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions.
1. Enrolment & Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to enrol in a paid training program.
- Registration is confirmed only after your fee is received and a confirmation is issued for your batch, date and venue.
- Seats are limited per batch; enrolment is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Training Programs & Complimentary Resources
- Paid programs may include offline workshops, live online webinars, session recordings, notes and mentoring as described on the program page.
- Complimentary items (free bonus material, resource kits, community access, follow-up sessions) are offered at our discretion as a goodwill add-on and carry no independent monetary value.
- Program structure, trainers, dates and venues may change; we will notify enrolled participants of material changes in advance.
3. Participant Conduct
- Attend sessions on time and follow the trainer's and venue's instructions and safety guidelines.
- Do not record, reproduce, resell or publicly share our proprietary content, bots or materials without written permission.
- Respectful behaviour toward trainers, staff and fellow participants is required; we may remove disruptive participants without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All training content, strategies, software, bots, slides, brand names and logos remain the property of RoboKart Academy and its licensors. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning only.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboKart Academy is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of what you learn. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the training fee you paid.
6. Payments, Refunds & Delivery
Fees, refunds and the delivery of digital and physical materials are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
