Shipping & Delivery Policy

RoboKart Academy primarily delivers training and learning materials digitally. Some programs also include physical materials and complimentary kits for offline workshops. This policy explains how and when you receive them.
1. Digital Delivery Most items
- On confirmed enrolment, your joining details, schedule and access links are sent to your registered email and phone.
- Session recordings, notes and complimentary digital resources are shared during or after the program via email or your learner access.
- Digital delivery is typically immediate to within 24–48 hours of confirmation or of the relevant session.
2. Offline Workshop Materials
- For in-person workshops, printed materials, welcome kits and any complimentary items are handed over at the venue on the training day.
- Venue address and reporting time are shared in your confirmation and reminder messages.
3. Physical Shipping (where applicable)
- If a program explicitly includes a shippable item, it is dispatched to the address you provide within 3–7 business days of confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partners; tracking (if available) is shared by email.
- Complimentary physical items are dispatched along with the paid item where applicable and are subject to availability.
Please double-check your contact details. Accurate email, phone and address ensure smooth delivery of your training access and materials. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or courier issues.
4. Non-Delivery / Issues
If you have not received your access or materials within the expected time, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
