Refund Policy
We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when training fees can be refunded and how complimentary items are treated.
1. Cancellation by You
- 7+ days before the batch start date: eligible for a full refund, minus any payment-gateway charges.
- 3–6 days before: 50% refund, or a free transfer to a later batch of equal value.
- Less than 72 hours before, or after the program has started: fees are non-refundable, as the seat and complimentary kit are already reserved for you.
2. Complimentary Items Non-refundable
Free bonus material, resource kits, community access and complimentary follow-up sessions carry no independent monetary value and are non-refundable. Where a physical complimentary item has already been dispatched or handed over, its value may be deducted from any eligible refund.
3. Batch Transfer
Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time transfer to another scheduled batch (subject to seat availability) up to 72 hours before your original start date, at no extra cost.
4. Cancellation or Reschedule by Us
If RoboKart Academy cancels or reschedules a batch, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to another batch of your choice.
5. Digital Products & Recordings
Once access to recordings, downloadable notes or digital tools has been granted, the corresponding fee is non-refundable.
How to request a refund. Email bizops@robokart.shop with your name, registered phone/email and batch details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
